Learn About My Support System
I am a student of life! I am deeply grateful for my mentors, guides, supervisors, and teachers who continue to support my own journey of growth and healing. This includes the beautiful mother earth that we are connected with.
My work has been shaped by studying with and learning from practitioners whose approaches emphasize authenticity, embodiment, and the healing power of connection. Their wisdom and steady presence continues to influence how I show up as a human, with clients, and how I understand the therapeutic process.
Below are a few of the many wonderful people who have impacted my development. I share them here because 1. I believe you can learn a lot about me and my work through considering the work of my teachers and 2. To demonstrate that it takes a village and community to grow, heal, and learn.

Beth has been my personal psychotherapist for the past year. She has deeply supported my own emotional development, teaching me that it is safe to be seen. Beth also leads somatic-based retreats in Canada and the United States.

Juan Pablo is on the faculty of the Montreal Institute of Core Energetics (and Mexico, New York, and Toronto) and I am grateful to intimately learn from him at the school.
For 20+ years, he’s led individual sessions, training programs, workshops, retreats, conferences, and supervision across diverse settings. His approach integrates body awareness, emotional depth, and spiritual inquiry to create experiences that support authenticity, presence, and meaningful change.

Kathy Wlodorcyk

Kathy was my first clinical supervisor who I was deeply honoured to observe and learn from as a student and growing psychotherapist. Kathy specializes in trauma and PTSD, acquired brain injury, BPD, among other specializations. I’m so grateful to have her in my corner!
I honour with gratitude, love, appreciation, and respect the land that we are situated on. Hamilton lives on the traditional territories of the Erie, Neutral, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee, and Missausaugas - lands and waters that have been cared for by Indigenous Peoples for thousands of years. In acknowledging this land we are on, we acknowledge the people who preceded us, their values, beliefs, their culture and lifestyle, as well as their trauma.
I gratefully enact, and ask this community to respect the three principals of the Two Row Wampum Agreement; Friendship, Peace, and Forever - with land, nature, and its' inhabitants.
As a psychotherapist, community member, and facilitator, I am committed to learning about the shared history and experiences of Indigenous Peoples in Canada, acknowledging the physical, emotional, and spiritual harm and healing journey of Indigenous peoples. I am committed to building relationships based on respect and friendship and protecting and enjoying this beautiful land and biodiversity.
